A selection of chefs canapes with a chilled flute of pink fizz.
Ham Hock & Pea Terrine with piccalilli gel, micro herbs & salted croustades.
Smoked Salmon & Prawn Pate with smoked salmon & dill. Olive bread.
Watermelon, Heritage Tomato & Feta Salad with black pepper croutons.
You choose this when you book
Supreme of chicken breast stuffed with mushroom, sage & spinach pate and wrapped in pancetta. Chicken jus.
Chargrilled fillet of pork tenderloin. Baby apples. Cider & apple sauce.
A Pithivier of spiced butternut squash, chick peas & spinach with a pea veloute.
Fillet of Westcountry beef cooked pink and served with a choice of sauce. Green peppercorn, wild mushroom & horsradish or red wine jus. (£4.00 supplement when you book).
All served with dauphinoise potatoes, honey roasted carrot and parsnips, and green vegetables in a herb butter.
A trio of our favourites! Lemon posset with lemon curd & meringue kisses.
Rich chocolate mousse with fresh raspberries. Banoffee toffee cheesecake. All served with pink peppercorn shortbread hearts.

A night of wonderful food, excellent service and soft music! This will be something very special.
Arrive any time after 7.00pm and we show you to your candlelit table. We will greet you with a chillied flute of pink Prosecco. Or for that complete luxury choose a glass of Moet & Chandon Rose (£5.00 additional per person paid on the night).
We also bring you a selection of our famous canapes - please mention any food intolerances or preferences when you book.
At around 8.15pm we start serving your starters.
Main courses will be served around 9.00pm - these need to be chosed when you order - and pudding at around 10.00pm
