THE BINGO NIGHT
These nights are the same format as our normal bingo nights but we've made the prizes better. We've upgraded the food with a festive twist and we've added some chocolate treats.
Arrive any time after 7.00pm and your supper will be served shortly afterwards. A grazing board with ham, cheese, pickles, festive sausages, roast potatoes and other delicious fayre - and there is no need to finish eating before we start - you can nibble and play at the same time.
You get one page of 6 tickets for each of our 6 games. You just choose your ticket book at random before we start.
You can buy extra tickets if you wish - its £5 for another set of 6 per game. Too many 6's? Read it again and hopefully it will make sense.
You also get a bingo dabber pen.
We start the Bingo at 8.00pm. And play until a player has a full line. That person shouts something excitedly and having checked they are correct they a £10 cash prize. They also get one of our spot prizes which could be anything. Well not literally anything. It won't be a new car for example.
We then carry on until someone gets a full house - that's all 15 numbers on one of their tickets. They shout "House" or "Bingo" or anything else clean to grab our attention. Once we've checked the numbers they are handed £25 in cash and a spot prize. You can swap the £25 for a top prize if you wish.
Spot prizes are varied but may include ..... 5lts of car screen wash. Some M&S strawberry print knickers. A screwdriver set. Toothpaste, shower gel & foot spray. A huge teddy bear. Prosecco. A colouring book with pens. A nice handbag. A nasty handbag. Moist toilet tissue and shampoo.
And we've got some song sheets to sing along with a couple of Christmas Classics!
Its over £500 in total prize value each night, plus whatever is in the optional cash game. This is played at the end of the night - tickets are optional at £5 each, we play one full house game and winner takes it all.
An idea of full house prizes is below.
After every game 2 games we have a 15 minute break before the next game, and we do this for 6 games.
In summary its 6 games with at least 4 prizes every game. And if there's a tie both winners get a prize. We end with an optional game for another £5. Winner takes the whole pot.
And there is also a great supper. We finish at around 10.30pm, but you are welcome to stay later.
£30.00 per person for 6 games of prize bingo and a supper.
Our evening events are not suitable for children or dogs.
Minimum age for Bingo is 18.

A generous sharing platter of cold meat, pickles, cheese, hot sausages, quiche, warm breads, roast potatoes and other nice things to eat before the game or to pick at through the game. Followed later by some chocolate treats.

THE PRIZES
We have a reputation for the poor quality of our prizes, and we're proud of that. But we've upgraded them for Christmas. No hugely if we're honest. But We've made a few of them nice.
For the first winning line in each game you get a £10 cash prize. You also get a spot prize. This could be some screwdrivers, a cycle helmet, a bottle of washing up liquid and a cloth or pretty much anything else.
For a "Full House" - that's all 15 numbers on a card - you get £25 in cash and a spot prize.

Our bingo nights are great fun, and increasingly people are have birthday celebrations and other events at our bingo.
You just need to remember it is a bingo night and other people need to hear the numbers being called!
So the fat grumpy man will moan at you if you're noisy during the games.
BINGO GROUPS & PARTIES
Bingo is a great way of getting together for a birthday or works event. But just remember that other people will be there to play bingo, and they cant play if they can't hear the numbers. So larger groups need to keep a little quiet during game time.
