Life in the hospitality business has been tough for three years now. And it doesn't look like its going to get easier any time soon. COVID had places like this closed for two years on and off, and then when we started to think it was all over the Ukraine thing happened. Energy prices soared. Food prices soared. And at around the same time most of the world seemed to lose people to work for them. So here at Kitchen we are short staffed, but lucky to have an amazing team around us. So if you can do amazing and you're looking for gainful employment give us a call - we'll look after you, we promise. And in addition to the staff thing we are paying around 15% more for most food things. But we are still here and most of the time we are nice and busy, others we know have not been so fortunate! But we are constantly looking for good staff and wonderful customers.
