Moet & Chandon Champagne with 16 amazing canapes.
THE NIGHT. THE MENU
​
No plated food. No sharing platters. The food is 16 mouth sized canapes all created on our own kitchen. 12 of them savoury and 4 of them delightfully sweet.
​
So you arrive any time after 7.00pm and we show you to your candlelit table, and the venue glows with festive wonderfulness.
​
We present you with your Moet & Chandon - half a bottle per person, with more to buy if you fancy it.
​
The canapes begin with our starters - Pate on Toast. Chicken liver pate with cranberry gel on melba toast.
plus a king prawn stick with mange tout and mild chilli oil.
​
That is followed by our fish course. Roasted scallops with apricot wrapped in pancetta. Seared tuna, wasabi mayo, pickled ginger & pretzel. And a filo basket with crab mousse, white crab, creme frais, capers and dill.
​
Our meat course starts with Bang Bang chicken tarts with mango and satay, and then duck gyoza with plum dipping sauce, Beef wellington, Turkey arancini with a cranberry chilli relish and finally Mini chicken and bacon pies with mashed potato.
​
The cheese course is Mild goats cheese fritters with a red pepper dip, and Baby tarts with apple and stilton mousse.
Your sweet canape selection starts with Brown bread ice cream in mini cones followed by Chocolate mousse with gold baubles, Mincemeat samosas with orange zest and finally a Mini berry pavlova.

We have a vegetarian selection to replace the meat ones.
We are unable to accomodate lots of changes or selections. The menu is pretty much the menu. But please advise us of any food allergies.
OTHER INFO

There is no dress code as such, but people do tend to come tidy for this event. No offence intended.
​
There will be a range of good Champagne on sale on the night, you can also pre order some extra for your table below if you wish.
​
We will also have our usual bar facilities.
​
The price for 16 canapes and half a bottle of Moet & Chandon is £40.00 per person. You can reduce this to £30.00 per person if you would prefer half a bottle of premium Prosecco instead of the Moet. You will be asked when you book.
​
Our evening events are not suitable for people under the age of 12 or dogs.
