THE EVENING​

Arrive at 7.00pm and we show you to your beautiful candlelit table. Christmas music bounces around the room, the twinkle of lights dance on your table.

​

We serve your Moet & Chandon Champagne - half a bottle per person with the first of your 16 canapes - the starter canapes.

​

Over the next hour you savour 13 savoury canapes, all bite size, and end with a Champagne sorbet pre dessert and three pudding sweet treats. Thats 17 amazing canapes to tease every taste bud!

​

Our house singer Chloe will entertain you with beautiful songs spanning the last three decades and at 10.00pm the food finishes with an amazing cheese board served to your table. 5 local cheese classics, plus fruit and biscuits and quince jelly.

The canape evening is not suitable for people under the age of 16.

Your Canapes - two menus. Meat & fish or meat & fish free (v).

Starters

Pate on toast. Smooth chicken liver parfait with cranberry gel on toast.

Classic salmon and prawn blini with dill and black pepper.

Shot glasses of parsnip soup with curry oil & breadstick (v)

Parmesan shortbread with hummus, cherry tomato and black olive (v)

Fish Course

Pan fried scallop spoons with pea  mint veloute.

Shrimp shooters with a spicy thai sauce.

Samon mousse tarts with white crab & lemon pearls.

Red pepper arancini with chilli jam (v).

Crostini, baby mozzarella & basil pesto (v).

Caramelized mushroom tart with truffle oil (v).

Meat Course

Chicken poppadoms, mango relish & micro coriander.

Little lamb koftas, pea & mint dip.

Pork belly skewers with Vietnamese caramel sauce,

Beef Wellington.

Turkey arancini with chilli cranberry relish.

Little spinach and feta frittata (v).

Cheese samosa with spinach & sundried tomato (v).

Fig and goats cheese parcels with honey (v).

Mini veggie cheese burgers (v).

Bread sauce and stuffing croquettes (v).

Goat cheese fritters with red pepper & chilli dip (v).

Stilton tarts with spiced apple compote (v).

Mini pots of truffle Mac n cheese (v).
